The Community.
The aim of the project is to run the first active multi-generational community in Luxembourg. There is space for three units within the residential building; where different age groups can live together: from young students, families and seniors. The apartments are primarily intended for people who are interested in responsible community building.
As finding affordable housing is generally a major problem in Luxembourg we use this concept to offer the possibility of alternative approaches to the financing of housing. Here, maintenance costs of the house are based on communal support, and each member also pays a solidarity contribution in the form of rental costs. The purpose of the project is to engage community for sociocratic practices and to promote an innovative form of co-housing.
We are nature enthusiasts who create sharing spaces to foster the art of living in community.
And what brings us together is the ambition to shape clear visions by aligning through heart, body, mind and spirit.
